The bathroom door wouldn’t lock from inside, and the water was so hard and salty that washing my hands was unpleasant. They also didn’t provide drinking water, towels, or toiletries. It was a very poor stay. I’d give a negative rating if that were possible. I booked through OYO, and it didn’t seem like they had checked this property before listing it.

The room itself was fine for a stay, but the lift wasn’t working and there were water problems during both nights. There were no remotes for either the TV or the AC.

The TV didn’t work, and there was no RO water. In the bathroom, neither the jet spray nor the hands-free bidet spray worked. They were also charging more than the MRP for bottled water.

The bathroom water was muddy, and the AC was really noisy while it ran. They hadn’t arranged bedsheets or towels either.

The rooms weren’t clean, there were water problems, and the staff didn’t act professionally. Not a good place to stay, with a very low standard of service.
