The washroom was filthy and poorly maintained, and the room had dust all over the almirah doors, furniture, and other surfaces. The lock on the almirah didn’t work, so I was concerned about the safety of my belongings. Even the food had visible dust and contaminants, which seemed like a serious health risk. Hotel Regency Agra showed a disturbing lack of care for cleanliness, maintenance, and guest safety. This was a huge disappointment, and I absolutely wouldn’t recommend it.

We paid 210 for the room, then 50 for a bottle of mineral water. There wasn’t a lock when we went out, either. The property and room were third-rate, and the staff acted as if they were drunk. Don’t go here, try somewhere else.

The room was pathetic, and the service gave us no comfort at all. A really bad place, I’d never visit this hotel again.

The rooms were dirty and the counter staff were so rude. A waste of my time and money. Please don’t visit.

I paid Rs 2000 for a dirty, totally awkward room, and nothing about the stay felt worth the money. The food quality and cleanliness were bad, and the amenities and services were all poor. One of my worst experiences. I don’t recommend this hotel at all.
