Comfortable stay, with excellent service.

The experience was the worst. There was zero maintenance of the amenities, especially the bathroom shower. I went into the bathroom after checking in, then had to come out halfway through because the shower didn't work. They didn't know how to fix it and asked me to change rooms, so I had no other option. In that room, they hadn't taken care of the problem either, and the same thing happened again. I keep thinking about how it would have gone if my wife had been the one using the bathroom.

The room was clean, and I made a point of checking the washroom, which was clean too. There was a slight wooden smell, but the room and service were good overall.

The rooms are spacious and clean, though the fittings and general upkeep could be better. The location works well if you're heading to Ayodhya via Agra, since the hotel is by the bypass and makes it easy to reach the Agra Lucknow expressway.

It’s a lovely property with newly built rooms and amenities, and the food was good too. I had a good experience overall. It’s just a little far from the city.
