Treebo Trend Hotel Golden Bird

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we had a relaxing, pleasant visit as a family. Staff were polite and helpful throughout, with excellent service. The location was convenient for getting around and seeing nearby places. A good choice for families or anyone wanting a pleasant stay.

The day manager was professional and kept in touch from the time we booked, which made the experience really good. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean. They also helped us book a bus to ayodhya and were open about other options. The Taj Mahal is about a 5-10 minute ride away, and there's a ground-floor handicraft shop with lots of items at great prices. For the area, I thought the place was excellent value. A few things could've been better: there were no slippers in our room, though we would've liked room slippers and separate ones for the washroom. There was no shampoo or shower soap either, but I didn't ask about either of those, so maybe they forgot. I had trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi on our floor. They explained it was a router issue, which seemed reasonable since the hotel was still under construction.

The renovation shows in the fresh, modern rooms, which were spotless. Everything was great, and I'd highly recommend the hotel to anyone wanting a flawless stay.

I especially appreciated the hotel's convenient location, just a short distance from the Taj Mahal and close to a Shubham Gupta Metro Station. Golden Bird Hotel had recently been renovated, so everything felt fresh and well cared for. The staff were calm and courteous, and always willing to help. I had a wonderful stay.
