Avn Hotel

The online photos gave me the wrong idea. In person, the place felt unhygienic, including a disgusting lift area where people were spitting. My room was filthy, with cockroaches, and there was a bad smell from the bedsheet and bathroom. They provided one soap and one towel, but no dental kit or handwash. There wasn’t hot water or even enough water to bathe. The AC barely worked, the TV wouldn’t turn on, and the Wi-Fi was useless. I felt cheated and uncomfortable the whole time. It wasn’t worth the money, and I won’t stay there again. I’d strongly advise people to avoid it.

Once I finally got a room, I found cockroaches, a strong bad smell, peeling paint, and strands of hair on the sofa and other surfaces. None of the rooms they showed me were properly clean. I was exhausted and it was late, so I didn’t have another option then. I’d paid Agoda in advance for two nights, but at check-in the staff said they wouldn’t accept that booking and demanded full payment at the counter, 55% more than I’d already paid. Since it was late at night, I had to pay again. The whole experience was very bad, and I won’t return. If cleanliness matters to you, don’t stay here.

The rooms are very dirty, and there’s no water either.

We were able to leave our luggage there for a few hours until our train departure. The room was clean and hygienic, and the amenities were great. Staff were polite and welcoming. Thanks for the service, I’d recommend staying here.
