The staff are cordial and attend to your needs, and the rooms are fine for a budget stay. The location is nice, and Sabarmati Ashram is only about 800 meters away, with decent commuting options. Still, cleanliness and maintenance could be better. There’s no parking, and leaving a car on the road blocks the whole path. The staircase is filthy and best avoided. The lift is very old and only allows three people, but there’s no caution notice at the ground floor, so when it doesn’t work, it causes confusion and chaos.

Room service was good, and the price felt fair for what I paid. It works as a place to rest on a business trip, but I wouldn’t call it a luxury stay. The main drawback is the lack of parking, so avoid it if you need to leave your car there.

The staff weren’t helpful, and they didn’t seem to follow basic service standards. When I complained about mosquitoes, they only sprayed the room and offered nothing else. The rooms and bathrooms are cramped, with no wardrobe and barely enough room for a chair. Breakfast was poor in both quality and quantity; when I asked for something better, I was told, “That’s all there is for breakfast.” A bad experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. It felt like a waste of money. The rooms and bathrooms are cramped, with little room to move around, no space for a chair, and no wardrobe. Breakfast was limited to items like samosas, and both the quality and quantity were poor. They don’t have an in-house kitchen. Staff behavior was poor too; when I asked about better breakfast, they said, “That’s all there is.” They don’t meet basic service standards.
