The rooms need maintenance: there were broken tiles, yellow tiles in the washroom, and damaged cupboards. Staff didn’t respond when I asked for things. The intercoms were disconnected, so there was no way to call reception from the room.

Room service wasn’t supportive, and the TV, WiFi, hair dryer, and fan weren’t working properly. Even regular mobile network service wasn’t available. For what the facilities offer, this is overpriced. My worst experience, so choose your stay carefully.

I regret booking this hotel. The service was awful, and the kits weren’t available. I’d advise people not to choose this place.

I’ve never seen a room like this before, with cockroaches and bed books openly roaming around. The toilet door was damaged and wouldn’t lock. Rs. 2500 isn’t worth it, you can go somewhere else.

The service was very bad, with no response at night. Room charges are expensive, and breakfast and tea aren’t free, everything is chargeable. Confirm the costs first, because charges were only brought up after we ordered, and they felt hidden.
