During my stay for the PSM 100 festival, the hotel charged almost double, but there was no hot water, the sheets were bad, the room was very dirty, and room service wasn’t done. There was dust everywhere, dirty areas in the room and bathroom, outdated toilets, and no hot water when I visited. The quality is low and the place badly needs maintenance. I also saw electrical hazards in the rooms, and management didn’t take requests seriously. The food safety standards were zero, and I found the service unacceptable, with health and safety issues around the property. I wouldn’t recommend this place, especially for overseas visitors or anyone staying temporarily. Don’t book based on the online photos or references. When you see it in person, it’s rubbish. Many of the reviews seemed forced, and most feedback appeared to come from local students who live there. I sent photos to AMC and asked them to investigate, including a full food safety and health and safety inspection, because putting overseas customers in this situation isn’t safe. Check a few nearby places before booking. Kingston living was much better, with good prices and service.

The staff and housekeeping were good, and the building itself has decent infrastructure. But upkeep is poor, especially for rooms that cost so much. Hot water only runs until noon, and after that you have to ask for a bucket. There aren't many soft drink options, and breakfast was boring.

The staff were helpful and quick to respond. The rooms and bathrooms needed better cleaning, though. A double occupancy room costs around ₹1800 plus taxes. Google lists it as three stars, but to me it felt more like a two-star hotel.

Its highway location makes this a handy place to stop for a short stay in Ahmedabad. The room was just about big enough, and cleanliness was fine after I asked for it. Service was prompt, and the food was okay. For an average stay, you get about what you paid for, no more and no less.

The rooms are spacious, but clearly not looked after. A window blind came loose and they couldn't repair it, and the food we ordered never arrived. Even the bottled water tasted like tap water. The hotel was unclean. Oyo rooms are available.
