The atmosphere was calm and safe, and I found the hotel conveniently placed for major attractions with transport easy to reach. Staff were professional, polite, and helpful throughout, and check-in was smooth. My room was comfortable, the bed was cozy, housekeeping did a good job, and the hot water and air conditioning worked properly. The variety could be better. Still, it’s good value for money, whether travelling for business or leisure, and I’d consider staying again.

The peaceful atmosphere made Hotel Penark feel well suited to families. The rooms were neat, regularly cleaned, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and professional. It’s great value for money and I’d recommend it when visiting Ahmedabad.

Hotel PENARK made us feel especially welcome, and the warmth and hospitality gave the stay a personal touch. We enjoyed the comfortable rooms and the delicious food, which made the whole visit wonderful. Thanks for going above and beyond to make it memorable. We’re looking forward to coming back soon!

I paid in advance after choosing this room from the photos, but the moment I walked in, I decided I’d rather lose that money than stay. The rooms and bathrooms were in awful condition, with no upkeep. The toilet wasn’t maintained, the white commode had turned brown, and there were spit marks on the walls. The bedsheets were white, but they looked as if someone had jumped on them with dirty feet. I’d give zero stars if I could, but I have to give one.

This is a basic place without luxury frills, but I found it a pleasant stay for the money. The buffet breakfast had decent choices, though nothing fancy. The location was handy for local attractions and transport, and the polite staff were always ready to help with a smile. My room was clean and well maintained, if a little small. A comfortable experience at this 3-star hotel.
