The room was nice, the staff were very polite, and good facilities were available. It's easy to reach too.

Foreigners shouldn't book here, as they don't accept them, and apparently nearby hotels don't either. I made my reservation on booking.com, and they accepted it even though they could see I'm not Indian. Then they left us with nowhere to stay at midnight. If they'd said when I booked that they couldn't take foreigners, this could have been avoided.

The manager was a very polite, sweet man. Despite the “Indians only” rule, he arranged a c-form for us, two girls, so we could stay in the room we'd booked without an unexpected hassle late in the evening. We chose this as an affordable place for one night, not far from the bus stand. The property is at the back of the block, in an area that's a bit specific, but it seems to have been renovated recently. It had fresh paint, good beds, new sanitary ware, and plenty of electrical sockets on every wall, even by the bed. The AC and fan worked properly.

The rooms were decent enough, but checking out left a bad impression. I asked for an invoice after staff charged ₹30 each for two water bottles marked at ₹20. The staff member said there wasn't one. When I wouldn't pay without an invoice, they told me, “Aapki shakal se lagta hai paise nahi doge.” That was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional toward a guest.
