The staff were polite and helpful, and I loved staying here. The rooms felt almost too good for the price. It was the kind of place we hoped to find, near the Lake, a few tourist spots, hotels, and a pastry corner.

The rooms and bathrooms are clean and tidy after the refurbishment, and the rent is affordable. The lake and park are very close by.

The rooms were spacious and nice, but one meal at the hotel left all of us sick, even though we’d been fine throughout the trip. We couldn’t tell what oil they’d used, and it really spoiled the experience. When we raised it, the staff only said it was the first time they’d heard a complaint like that. They didn’t seem concerned or offer to help.

The location is a big plus if you're taking an SRS Bus, since the drop-off point is just a short walk away, basically right across from the property. We booked a triple room, which was spacious, and the service was fine for a budget place.
