The location was peaceful, with Mount Abu’s natural scenery all around, and the hotel felt calm and welcoming when we arrived. It was close enough to major attractions while still being away from the bustle. Our rooms were spacious and spotless, with fresh linens, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, good fittings, and constant hot water. Housekeeping was prompt throughout. What made the stay especially nice was the staff. Everyone, from the front desk to housekeeping, was warm, respectful, and ready to help. The hospitality felt sincere, and the management deserves credit for maintaining the service. We also enjoyed the food. Meals were fresh, flavorful, and hygienic, with a good range of options. Breakfast had a particularly nice spread. The dining felt comforting, like home cooking with restaurant-level quality. We booked Eminence Palm Residency, Mount Abu through Fanatic Stay, and the whole visit was smooth and relaxing. It felt comfortable and luxurious, and suitable for families, friends, or couples. Eminence Palm Residency is among the best hotels in Mount Abu, in my view, and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting. Booking through Fanatic Stay made things even easier. I’m already looking forward to coming back. Thanks to the whole team for such a memorable stay.

I visited Mount Abu on 15th & 16th May 2026 with three families and booked three rooms. For the price, the service, rooms, and location weren’t worth it, and the service felt like that of a regular guest house. There were several problems in the rooms. The fan in Room no. 19 made a lot of noise, and water dripped from the AC in Room no. 20. That room also had very little space for bags and belongings. We paid extra for the children, but the provided items were still just two small soaps and two towels per room. No complimentary mineral water came with the booking, and even the regular water in a Milton container wasn’t cold when we asked for it. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Bahadur Shah ji was quick to handle everything, and Krish sir helped with our questions several times. The management were warm and respectful. The food could use a little work since it tasted bland to me, but the paranthas were really good. Overall, a nice experience.

The room was unhygienic, service was extremely poor, and staff were unhelpful and rude. Even basic things like soap and towels weren’t provided when we asked, and breakfast wasn’t served despite being promised. The owner spoke to guests disrespectfully, and I also felt pressured to pay extra money unnecessarily. Things got even worse when staff threatened to damage our car if we refused to pay because services hadn’t been provided. That behavior is completely unacceptable. It was a very bad and disappointing stay, and I wouldn’t recommend the hotel unless its service and management seriously improve.

The owner is making false claims online to cover up the poor service. We were a group and clearly paid ₹4000 for all 4 room, not ₹2500 as the owner is claiming. We did not get four rooms for ₹2500 total. That’s completely fake information. The rooms were dirty, there was no hot water or towels, and the staff used abusive language and behaved badly. There was no basic hospitality. Instead of admitting the problems and improving the service, the owner is trying to manipulate the truth online. Guests shouldn’t believe those false statements. This review is based on my real experience, not false claims. Truth and service matter.
