Kamlesh at the desk was decent and helpful, and we had a very pleasant stay. I was here for almost 2 weeks, and it felt very safe for my family.

The staff outside the room were kind and helpful, and the service was okay, though not great. The room itself was disappointing: much too small, with smelly sheets and a bathroom that hadn't been cleaned properly.

The room conditions were bad, the washrooms unhygienic, and the service poor. There were false promises too.

I stayed here for 6 months before, and I'm staying here again now. I'm really disappointed with the service. They only clean the room every 2 days, why?

The rooms were very good, and I thought the hotel itself was great too. If you visit Ahmedabad, you should stay here at least once. It's a beautiful hotel.
