Hotel Prime Villa

There’s no restaurant, so you’ll have to order through Zomato or Swiggy. The room was just so-so. It’s okay if you’re travelling alone as a bachelor and only need somewhere to spend one night.

We found insects all over the room, and it smelled of cigarettes, like someone had stayed there before us and it hadn’t been cleaned properly. The bed sheets were burnt, and even after we told the staff, they didn’t bother changing them. There were no towels, soap, or water either. Horrible, in one word. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The lift had no lights, and everything about this place felt lousy. The staff seemed inexperienced, uninformed, and dismissive. When I asked about changing the sheets, they replied, “sheets toh abhi change nhi hogi.” The rooms and sheets were dirty, the toilet hadn’t been cleaned, and they hadn’t even emptied the dustbin. The service and staff were pathetic and arrogant when asked for help. This was a trash-pile of a place, not a hotel. It should be reported and blacklisted everywhere. Please don’t book here if you care about your travel experience.

There was water leaking, and the staff hadn’t told us about it. The place was very dirty, and I was extremely disappointed. In my opinion, don’t stay at this villa. It was a very bad experience.
