The rooms were fantastic, clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were attentive and helpful. The food tasted good and was reasonably priced. Hotel Serenity was quite pleasant overall. It’s tucked inside the same building as three other hotels, though, and the interior ambience wasn’t as nice as I expected. That may not suit everyone.

I’ve stayed at Hotel Serenity twice, and the rooms were clean and well maintained both times. The staff are polite, professional, and helpful, and service is quick and smooth. I appreciate the warm, friendly hospitality. A comfortable, pleasant option near Acropolis Mall.

The quiet surroundings and serene atmosphere make Hotel Serenity a relaxing retreat from the bustle, with beautiful views. Rooms are spacious, clean, and nicely appointed, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The staff are attentive and friendly, and check-in and service felt seamless. There’s a touch of elegance here, whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, and it leaves a lasting impression.

Good value for the money, and very couple friendly. The three hotels in the building share an owner. Hotel Serenity and shivashish are both neat and clean, but shivashish has hair dryers and hotter shower water, which accounts for a ₹500 price difference. One downside is that opening the window in monsoon or winter lets mosquitoes into the room.

I waited 30 minutes for a cab. The locality and limited options left me somewhat dissatisfied, and other hotels at the same price are comparatively better.
