I booked through Booking.com and only found out after arriving that the hotel wouldn't accept foreigners. There was nothing in the listed rules saying foreigners weren't allowed. When I asked why that wasn't stated on Booking.com, staff replied, We are not required to mention it there. I was made to leave, which left me stranded and humiliated. It felt misleading, discriminatory, and completely unprofessional. I'll never recommend this place. If you're a foreigner or care about honest service, stay away. This was the worst hotel experience I've had, and it deserves the lowest rating.

My five days here were disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend staying unless management fixes the maintenance problems promptly, that day or by the next. The regular room I booked wasn't available when I arrived, so I was put in a suite first. It was well kept and had a clean, sound toilet, but the water pressure was poor. Maintenance said the pressure pump had a problem and would be sorted soon, yet it still wasn't fixed when I checked out of the suite. After a couple of days I moved to the regular room. It looked nice, but the bathroom had a broken toilet seat, a nonworking exhaust fan, and extremely weak water pressure. I often had to wait for a bucket to fill before bathing, which made getting ready in a hurry difficult.

The hotel is in a good location, and the service and room facilities are good. The rooms are comfortable.

The location made getting around easy, with a metro station nearby. I stayed for three days with my two sisters, and safety was my main concern when we first checked in. I was nervous at first, but choosing this place turned out to be one of my best decisions in Ahmedabad. The property, location, and staff all felt very safe.
