At 11:30 at night I had no real choice, so I paid 1000/- for a last-minute room. It looked terrible, and when I went in, there were bugs everywhere. The bed was stained with blood and hair, and both it and the washroom looked as if they’d been used minutes earlier, without being cleaned. They clearly didn’t care. Ten minutes later, at 11:40, I asked for a refund and was told no. I lost 1000 in three minutes. Now I’m at a different hotel, still feeling like I got scammed. Mahinder, the owner, was very clear in saying no to me. Read this and say no to booking this place in Ahmedabad.

The staff were unresponsive and didn't seem interested in fixing anything. In my room at OYO Flagship 77323 Hotel Himalaya Inn, the sheets were dirty, the facilities were poorly maintained, and there was an unpleasant smell throughout. It was a very disappointing stay, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere comfortable. Avoid it if you can.

We booked three rooms, but the double beds could barely fit two people and the extra beds we were supposed to get for all three rooms were refused, even after we asked. None of the three geysers worked. Staff kept saying hot water would take time, wasting an hour. We were getting late, so we asked to use a geyser in another room that wasn't vacant, but they refused. Later they brought hot water in buckets. There were nine adults, and after we asked again and waited another half hour, they finally let us use the geyser in one other room. No breakfast was offered.

All night I couldn't sleep because of the smell. The bedding was dirty, and the bathroom was broken and smelled bad. There was no soap, towel, or drinking water. I forgot to take pictures of the room and bathroom. Oyo is running a scam. Please don't book here, and if you do, don't pay in advance. Look at the room first. The smell alone will make you run away.

The rooms were dirty and full of cockroaches, the washroom was filthy, and the AC and fans were noisy. This is the worst hotel stay I've ever had. I swear I'll never stay in Oyo again. Please don't go to hotel Himalaya inn. I wouldn't even give it one star. If zero or a negative rating were possible, I'd choose that.
