The banquet hall was beautifully decorated and made a lovely setting for our event. We also had a great stay: the rooms were clean, comfortable and had a pleasant feel, and the food had plenty of variety and tasted excellent. The staff were helpful, courteous and cooperative throughout our visit to Prasang Presidency Hotels & Banquets. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it.

They’re in the hospitality business, so I hope management takes this seriously and teaches the staff to be polite and to ask guests to follow the rules without getting worked up. At reception, a staff member got hyper over something as small as my pulling up a chair for a senior citizen. He was far too arrogant.

The arrangements were well organized and beautifully done, and everything was managed smoothly from start to finish. We recently held our wedding at Prasang Presidency Banquet, and the whole team was warm, professional and cooperative, which kept things stress-free. The food had a great range and was delicious. Every guest complimented its quality and taste. Thanks to the Prasang Presidency team for making our special day memorable. Highly recommended for weddings and family events!

The new look and interior at Prasang are beautiful. It’s been refurbished to have the feel of a five-star place.
