Street parking was the only option, and the hotel’s location felt really shady, so I wouldn’t recommend it for a family. The staff were courteous, and the water was nice and hot. The bathroom had all the accessories, but it was tiny and messy, with water all over the floor after a shower. They wouldn’t provide a hair dyer even after several requests. The room felt stuffed, especially with an extra single bed in there despite already having a king size bed. For the price, it wasn’t worth it. Add ₹1500 and you can get a classy room at Pride Plaza or somewhere better.

I used to rely on this place when I visited Ahmedabad every month, but I can’t anymore. The rooms smell bad and seem poorly maintained or cleaned. Reception staff look miserable too, barely smiling or greeting you when you arrive. The atmosphere is unwelcoming. If you want somewhere fresh and welcoming, look elsewhere. This hotel has gone downhill.

The hotel seems to overbook, and its limited space makes it uncomfortable when several guests are sharing a room. The rooms are too small and don’t look like the online pictures. Keep that in mind before booking.

Mice ran around in the false ceiling all night, making noise and keeping us awake. The smoke detectors didn’t work, and the rooms were dirty and badly maintained. Staff yelled at guests like they were the boss, and were rude and untrained. No uniforms, manners or professionalism. Unsafe, unhygienic and a complete waste of money. Worst hotel ever. Avoid it.
