The Ummed Ahmedabad Airport

I was disappointed by the poor food and service at the multi cuisine restaurant. In the room, shower pressure was extremely low, and when I complained, I was told that's just the water pressure. There were no hand towels, the tissue box was nearly empty, and WiFi was extremely slow. Think twice before booking.

For a 5 star hotel, I really didn't expect this. The rooms were decent, but the service and facilities fell short. The AC stayed stuck at 22 degrees, the food was very average, and worst of all, a pipe above our bathroom burst and sprayed water at an insane speed. The staff seemed highly untrained. I respect that this is Ahmedabad's First 5 star hotel, and I believe it could be supperr great if these issues are fixed. Please look into them.

Greenery around the property keeps it peaceful and relaxing, even though it's close to the airport. The Ummed Ahmedabad has a calm, royal feel, with traditional Rajasthani architecture and interiors that give it a palace-like atmosphere. Rooms are roomy, clean, and well maintained, with modern amenities. Breakfast has a good mix of Indian and continental food, and the food overall is very good. Restaurant staff are polite and attentive, and the team deserves credit for warm, professional hospitality. A luxurious, serene choice for business travelers, families, or anyone looking for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

I usually come here regularly because I’m a loyal customer, and finding a new hotel feels like a hassle. But breakfast today was a letdown. Staff kept avoiding eye contact, so I had to go over and ask for help. The manager was there but seemed hard to find, and also avoided facing me. I don't usually criticize, but they need a real overhaul to live up to the reputation they've earned.
