The hospitality stood out most. Management and staff were very courteous and ready to help, and Mr. Dipak's professional, warm manner made the stay especially memorable. As someone who visits Wyndham often, I appreciate the consistent service. The hotel has a superb atmosphere, combining comfort and sophistication. My room was spacious and elegant, with all the amenities I could want for business or leisure. There are also plenty of facilities, including a pool, restaurants, gym, spa, and gaming zone. It's one of the most luxurious hotels I've stayed in, and I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Ahmedabad. Looking forward to coming back.

We were upgraded through our rewards membership to a lovely 2BHK suite, which made the stay even more special. From check-in to checkout, everything was wonderful. The whole team was warm, welcoming, and quick to help. Thanks especially to Harshit, Nidhi, Arpita, Piya, Rupanjana, Sumit, Sahil, for making it so memorable. Wyndham Ahmedabad Shela is easily one of the best 5-star properties in Ahmedabad. Highly recommended for a comfortable, luxurious stay.

The hotel was clean, the rooms were spacious, and the dine-in service was good. It's a bit far from the city center, but everything else was just right. Nidhi was especially kind and helpful.

The property and its facilities are fine, but the service from people was a real problem for me. The receptionists spoke in a way that lacked politeness. In-room dining missed my requests and brought the food differently from what I asked for, apparently according to their convenience. Even after I reminded them, they still didn't serve what I'd requested. The restaurant on the third floor also received guests and spoke in a very unprofessional way. The way staff spoke among themselves in front of guests felt unprofessional too. I'm writing this because of my bad experience. You're being paid to provide a service, so please meet a basic level of hospitality. I don't want to lower my rating further than 3.

Deepak was especially helpful, and the food service was excellent. The hotel is a little far from the city center, but everything else was perfect. Our room was clean and spacious, and we had a wonderful stay.
