The on-site restaurant served fresh, hygienic food at reasonable prices, and the staff were polite and helpful. Check-in was smooth. The hotel is easy to find on the highway, with plenty of parking, so it works well for people passing through. My room was clean and comfortable, with hot water, clean linen, a working TV, and decent amenities. It isn’t a luxury property, but it felt safe and comfortable for families and business travellers, and was good value for a highway stop.

Big rooms, hot water, and a good vibe made the stay satisfactory, though I did find cockroaches. Service was slow: I asked for a towel at check-in and didn’t get one until the next day, which isn’t what I expected for the price. On checkout day, the receptionist let my parents stay in the room for two extra hours while we had some work in the city. That was a great gesture, so I’m giving four stars.

The staff were courteous, and the food was good and arrived in the room on time. The room had cockroaches, though, and the bathroom lights were much too dim. We weren’t given any WiFi details. We had to ask for bath towels, and there wasn’t a hand towel.

The rooms are okay, but this average hotel doesn’t meet a three-star standard. Breakfast is quite ordinary, and the cost added to the room bill for a breakfast-inclusive booking is exorbitant. Consider it only if you have no other option.

The room was comfortable, spacious, clean, and well maintained, and the location near the highway was excellent. Staff were often inattentive and slow with basic requests, which made the service disappointing. With better attention and service, this place could be much more enjoyable. For now, it’s a decent choice mainly for its location and comfortable room. Rating: 3/5
