The food is consistently tasty, and there's plenty of space, so it's a nice spot for dinner with family. Service is good and it's usually good value for money. Parking on the road can be a bit difficult.

The food quality is really good, but they still don't have a card machine for payments. They've also been unable to fix the bill printer for months.

I give the hotel 4 stars, but the staff get 0. At check-in, they handed me a key and said my room was on the 1st floor without treating me like a guest. When I asked for regular water, they said it was dirty. That tells you enough about their attitude.

The food tastes decent, but the delays are huge. You have to order everything at once, or you'll be left waiting for the next item until your fingers get dry.

I've been there three times, and each time they took our order then seemed to forget we were sitting there. They came back after half an hour. The service is very poor, though the food is just okay.
