The terrace was a highlight, and the hotel is conveniently close to the Dargah. We had tasty food, and the staff were welcoming and cooperative, which made it feel family-friendly. I had an awesome stay and give it five stars. I'd recommend visitors to Ajmer stay here at least once. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The room was dirty, with stains on the bed and around the room, and the poor hygiene made the stay very uncomfortable. When we brought it up and asked for a refund, management refused and showed no interest in fixing anything. They were rude and dismissive. The service overall was terrible, and the management seemed extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. This was one of the worst hotel stays I've had. I strongly recommend staying elsewhere and saving your money.

The location was good, but that was about the only positive. At check-in, staff said my Standard room had been upgraded to Deluxe, but only in exchange for a five-star review. The room itself was in awful shape: peeling paint, curtains held together with safety pins, a damp smell, and mosquitoes everywhere. I asked for room freshener, but nothing was done. The bathroom seat was broken and the jet spray corroded. There was no AC control button, and no one brought the remote despite repeated requests. The TV had no connection, and the white towels had black patches. The bed and comforter were terrible too. Drinking water came in a kettle instead of sealed bottles, and when I mentioned that most hotels provide a two-litre bottle each day, they said it would cost extra. For what they charged, this was one of my worst hotel experiences. Management and stakeholders should stop making promises they don't keep. If they want five-star ratings, they need to provide service and quality that earn them.

The room was spotless and nicely designed, and housekeeping kept it in great shape. I had a wonderful stay at hotel ambassador in the city centre of Ajmer. Staff welcomed me warmly and professionally when I arrived, and check-in was quick and smooth. The food was another highlight. It all felt like a lovely mix of comfort, luxury, and genuine care.

After a day of sightseeing, I found the clean, comfortable room a relaxing place to return to. Ambassador Hotel is also conveniently placed near Ajmer's major attractions, and I enjoyed the tasty local food at the restaurant. The staff were attentive and very friendly throughout my visit, which made me feel welcome. I'd happily recommend Ambassador Hotel to anyone visiting Ajmer! 🌟
