The staff were attentive and polite, and service was prompt from check-in through checkout. After each long journey back to our room, they brought us hot water to drink. The rooms were spacious and clean, with lovely hill views, and made a comfortable place to return to during our Kullu-Manali trip. A special touch made my wife's birthday unforgettable: the hotel team coordinated with our tour operator Khyati to decorate our room and arrange a delicious cake. We had a delightful stay, and I'd recommend this cozy, scenic, welcoming hotel in Himachal Pradesh.

After booking, they didn't stick to what they'd promised. Before the booking was done, they acted very sweet and kind, but afterward they misled us and asked for extra money for almost everything. When we asked them to speak politely, they abused us. The owner was arrogant and, in my experience, the worst person I've encountered, with no humanity or basic manners when speaking to a woman. I wouldn't book this hotel if you want to enjoy your trip. The people there were shameless.

We loved our three days there. The view was amazing, the food was delicious, and whenever we arrived at the hotel, they brought us water. The staff members were all very polite and helpful, and the service was very good.
