Nothing was satisfactory. The room was in very poor condition, there was no hot water during our stay, and room service wasn't proper. A very bad experience.

We were badly disturbed by people singing loudly during a gathering in the rooms below ours. The hotel is on the main road, so traffic noise also carries into the stay, and parking space is limited there. There was no Wi-Fi at all. After handing over the room, nobody checked whether we needed anything. I was given a towel with many holes in it, and I've attached a photo. Even the worst hotels have decent towels, so you can imagine how bad this was. The man wouldn't reduce the price by even one rupee, saying the bill and GST had to be paid. After that, we paid through PhonePe on someone else's phone, not his merchant account. The person seemed to be his daughter, or perhaps another relative.

I felt sick just seeing how bad the room was. The tables and chair were greasy, like food had been eaten on them and they hadn't been cleaned in ages. The bed and sheets were unhygienic, and the room smelled awful. The manager charged 3100 for two rooms, but it wasn't worth it at all. When we asked for water, Parvez bhai gave us a dirty bottle and said it was RO water. It looked like an old, rotten, reused bottle, the kind someone might use outside as a toilet. Staff behaviour was awful, especially his. When we asked to change the bedsheet, he said, "lo bed sheet change karne me help karo ye karo vo karo". I would never recommend anyone stay in such a dirty hotel unless they want to get sick.

Tasty pure vegetarian food and cooperative management. A very good place, worth going.
