The food tastes great, and both the service and taste were excellent. Mustakeem ( captain) was lovely and very helpful, and he really knows his job. His service was extraordinary. I’d recommend going there to experience the service.

Bravia Eco has a fresh, well-kept atmosphere. Bulbul Thakur was especially helpful and professional, and her service made everything go smoothly. I had a great experience and would recommend it for the staff and eco-friendly feel.

We booked two days, and the room looked like the pictures online. It had the basic amenities, and most of the stay was decent. But the staff didn’t greet us or make us feel welcome, and the Wi-Fi wasn’t available. The room felt stuffy because the exhaust fan was off by default, and we had to call reception several times to get it switched on. They also asked us to pay for a coffee stain on a towel. I did cause the stain during my stay, but it seemed easily washable, so charging for it felt unprofessional. Things were otherwise fine, and better staff interaction, ventilation, working Wi-Fi, and a more customer-friendly approach would have made the experience much better.

I had a great one-night stay at Hotel bravia eco. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities, and the location was perfect. The staff were very humble, and thank you to nandini ji for looking after us so well.
