Hotel Neelkamal

The staff were shockingly discourteous and unprofessional when I called about the soup. I’d ordered tomato soup for a patient, but it was excessively sweet. When I raised the issue, they replied rudely and dismissively that “this is how it's made.” Then they abruptly ended the call, saying nothing could be done. I’m disappointed with the service I received at the restaurant today.

The constant noise of people fighting and other disturbing sounds made it hard to sleep. The bathroom was in poor shape, with a broken shower and a strong chlorine smell, and the towels had spots. The room reeked of cigarette smoke, the Wi-Fi didn’t work, and the walls were damaged with seepage, water bubbles, and broken plaster. The rooms were filthy, with stained bedsheets, and staff said they had no clean ones to replace them. The receptionist seemed uninterested and didn’t answer our calls. Even at a low price, we expected basic hygiene standards.

The balcony was full of yellow wasps. Service was very poor too. Anything I ordered, whether tea or coffee, took a long time.
