The owner, the man with spectacles, was so rude and disrespectful that his behavior alone made the stay miserable. The hotel itself is in terrible shape, and the service showed almost no basic hospitality. I found nothing positive, from management through the overall experience. It was a waste of my time and money. I won't return, and I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here.
The location is the best thing about this hotel, and the stay was good value for the money. Mr. Madan Ghosh, the manager, was polite and very cooperative.
