My family and I had to leave after the hotel staff told us to go, even though Agoda and OYO had confirmed my payment. My family waited 30 minutes while the owner kept asking for extra money and wouldn't accept that the payment had reached his account. I showed him the Agoda app, where the booking was marked paid, and asked to see his OYO app. It showed my booking with 0 amount to collect. I had booked 03 rooms through Agoda and paid the full amount online by card, but after check-in and after the owner and staff collected all our documents, he demanded cash of Rs. 1500 for each room. OYO's service staff did nothing because I had booked through Agoda. The owner is fraudulent. Please take strict action against these fraudulent OYO hotels to protect both OYO and Agoda's reputations, and refund my money.

The staff were very rude and pushed for an early checkout before 11Am. There was no AC or TV, the fan barely worked, and there was no electricity backup. Worst hotel in ajmer. Do not book here.
