Noise was a constant problem, making the stay very inconvenient. It may have been poor soundproofing or inconsiderate guests. The atmosphere was dreary, Wi-Fi unreliable, and the air conditioning inefficient. The facilities felt outdated and needed maintenance, despite what was advertised. The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful, and basic requests took too long. They weren’t courteous either. Cleanliness was poor: stained linens, dust in the corners, and even hair in the bathroom showed that the rooms hadn’t been cleaned properly. My stay at Hotel Grand LM Ajmer was highly disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend it to travelers looking for a comfortable place.

It’s a small room, but good for the price. There’s very little car parking, and the only option is on the roadside.

I’ve stayed at OYOs before, but this one was the complete opposite. The hotel gave us a water bottle and then charged for it. OYO’s instructions say local IDs are accepted, but they refused mine and said I’d have to pay extra if I wanted to stay. It was an emergency, so I paid 500 more. OYO needs to stick to its own instructions and remove hotels that ignore them, or there’s no point in having those rules.

We booked the hotel for an exam, but the manager behaved very badly. There was no sanitation in the room and no drinking water. The worst experience we’ve ever had.
