There was no water in the room, no food or toiletries, and the TV had no set-top box. The rooms felt dusty and smelled bad. The toilets were dirty and hadn’t been cleaned, even though the rooms themselves were quite large. Being right beside a bar made it especially uncomfortable with family. Smokers left the area smelling of smoke, and a glass door by the staircase opens toward the bar. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, even for one night. A really bad experience.

I asked to speak with the owner, but the reception staff wouldn’t give me the owner’s contact number. There were four immature, unprofessional people at the desk. One first said a family room was available and asked us to wait while they showed it to us. After 5-10 minutes, and after I followed up, someone else said there were no rooms. MakeMyTrip still showed rooms available, so when I pointed that out, they switched to saying the room had no running water. It felt like they were just making excuses.

The bar beside the place makes it inconvenient for a family stay, especially with a glass door by the staircase opening onto it. The rooms are spacious, but the toilets were dirty, there was no cleaning, and the smell was bad. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, even for one night. A terrible experience.

The place is easy to find on the main road, but it wasn’t a pleasant stay. I hadn’t realized when booking that there was a bar on the ground floor, and I wouldn’t recommend it for families. When I arrived, nobody was at the front desk, so I waited 15-20 minutes for someone to show up. The room was unclean, with dirty towels and bedsheets and lots of hair around. The front desk person tried to explain how to get hot water from the shower and warned me to turn the knob gently or it might break. The photos show a dining area, but there’s no restaurant attached.
