I gave up on staying here and booked a room at another hotel after dealing with the staff. Their behavior was so pathetic that they would verbally abuse you for no reason. This is the worst hotel and room I’ve ever experienced. If you’re considering Fab Hotels, especially the one in sector 2, think twice. I complained to MakeMyTrip, but Fab Hotels never responded. I really can’t recommend it.

It felt like a jail, with the exit gate locked all day and a request needed every time I wanted to leave. They wouldn’t let my guest into the room, or let me enter before noon after I’d booked, even when the room was empty. The service guys act like they run the guest house and don’t care about you. There are only two of them looking after the place, and they were rude and provided bad service. My room smelled awful, the food was unhygienic, and the bathroom fittings were poor. There were stains on the towel and bed. The lock was damaged, so if the door closed, I couldn’t open it without the key. The service guys hadn’t changed the bedsheet for three days. When I asked, they handed it to me to put on myself and refused to change it themselves. I also saw the room service guys taking drugs in their personal room. Fab Hotel customer care doesn’t care about complaints. They don’t deserve even one star. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had in 32 years. Please stay at your own risk. Once you’ve paid, even getting a refund is impossible. If you accidentally book here, you’ll be crying for help. I can’t forget what I went through, especially since it was prepaid.

A quiet neighborhood and relaxing atmosphere made for a comfortable, cozy stay. The rooms were clean and good, with a work table for business travelers.
