The staff’s behavior was awful, and there was no proper service or hygiene. They quoted one room price when we arrived, then changed it when the bill came. This was the worst hotel experience of my life. I’d tell everyone to avoid it and stay somewhere else.
The staff are supportive and helped me find a good ride at a better price. Hotel rates in this area are a bit high, but with better rooms and service, this place is good for a family or tour stay.
A very unhygienic and poor experience. The rooms weren’t clean, the bedsheet was dirty, and the towel they gave me was dirty too. The receptionist asked for extra money. Please don’t go there.
Even though I arrived around 1:15, after the noon check-in time, the manager told me to wait another 1 to 1.5 hours. Before I got there, he hadn't answered my calls. I had booked through Oyo, and the staff member attending to me was very rude. A really bad experience, and I'm still trying to get my refund.
We arrived with two foreign guests, but the hotel wouldn't let them stay, even though our booking had been confirmed. They gave irrelevant explanations and said they had no rooms. It felt like they kept accepting bookings just to make money. The manager and receptionist spoke terribly and treated us badly. Absolutely horrible, don't book here.
