The manager, Manoj, spoke to us rudely and inappropriately, with no manners at all. That sort of treatment of guests is unacceptable. My stay at Hotel Nanki Palace (Ajmer) was very bad, and the management was useless. Photographer

I complained to the manager Manoj, and when he arrived he raised his voice, then said, “Yes, I’m talking loudly. What can you do?” The staff weren’t good either. My experience at Nanki place was very bad. I’d suggest staying in Namo instead. photographer

We arrived after a long journey to find ourselves without accommodation and no arrangements, which caused a lot of stress and inconvenience. Even though we’d booked well ahead, the hotel told us there were no rooms on arrival day. That’s completely unacceptable and shows it can’t be relied on to honor confirmed bookings. I’d advise people to avoid this property unless they’re willing to risk being left without a place to stay.
