The staff were drunk on many evenings, and when I was out they didn't answer my calls. I complained, but I don't understand why this was allowed to continue. The flat also didn't look like the photos, which left me feeling misled. The bathroom was worse than a lodge, with fungus spreading from the old cupboards under the sink. Even after repeated sheet changes, the bedsheets smelled bad. The kitchen utensils were unclean and smelly, so we ate out most days. The dishwashing liquid seemed mostly water, not the genuine product. For what we paid, this was very unsatisfactory, and I wouldn't consider these flats suitable for families.

The AC worked and there was hot water from the tap, but the stay was still bad. There were lots of small cockroaches, the shower didn't work, and the faucet dripped. We weren't given fresh towels, so we had to use the same ones for the whole stay. No tea bags for coffee, either. There was just no service, and the people were stubborn and arrogant. A strict no for families.

The location is perfect, but the room wasn't clean. The bedsheets smelled of cigarette smoke, and even the kitchen utensils in the studio room I booked were dirty. I booked through the Booking.com app after seeing its great reviews, but my own stay was bad. The staff weren't rude, just seemed disinterested. I wouldn't recommend it.

The good reviews fooled me, and the daily rate was so high that I assumed the place would be good. It really only makes sense for a longer stay. For a one to six day visit, they shouldn't take guests, or should only accept weekly stays. The room was very basic, with little cutlery and no bedside lamp. The road was blocked, so staff had to meet me about 100 yards away and carry my suitcase over rubble and stones to the building. Unless you're staying long enough to bring your own things, it's not practical.
