The hotel helped us book Uber twice when we couldn't manage it on our phone. Beyond that, the stay was awful. The online pictures were misleading, and the room was dusty when we checked in late, even though it still wasn't ready. The coffee table was chipped, and the Kinley mineral water bottle seemed to contain tap water. There were little cockroaches in the room, and no towels had been left for us. When we asked, staff said the towels were being washed, then gave us dusty, worn-out ones. They blamed each other for not having towels ready. The hotel, carpets, and public areas all looked old and dirty. The room boy couldn't communicate properly and wasn't responsive. Dirty rooms and lousy staff. I'll never stay here again or recommend it to anyone.
