The rooms were very small and felt claustrophobic, and there was no hygiene. The staff behaved rudely and had no manners, like goons. We also didn't get our advance booking amount back after cancellation, even though that was according to the hotel policy. I feel they are frauds and scammers. I want to give zero stars.

Pricing is affordable, and transportation is available at the hotel gate. The dargah is within walking distance. They have a lift, room service, and AC rooms.

We had lunch available at affordable rates, cooked like at home, as needed, so there was no worry about that. The place was neat and clean, with a lift and a TV attached in every room. Great value for the money. I recommend staying here when visiting Ajmer for the khwaja moinuddin Christi dargah.

There's a lot of smell in the room, and nobody came to clean it. The staff argued with guests, the service was very bad, and it wasn't worth the money. I was very sad about the whole thing. I'll never visit again.

Customer service was okay. I'd recommend booking through an online site instead of the hotel's concierge desk. They may rip you off as soon as they realize you don't speak their language.
