The room made the stay miserable: the washroom was filthy, the phone line was dead, the TV didn't work, the AC quit halfway through the night, and the blanket had burn marks. It was unhygienic and uncomfortable. I ended up leaving because of how I was treated. When I politely asked the owner to send someone for room service, he yelled at me and told me to check out immediately. He was rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. I was shocked. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. If basic cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality matter to you, stay away. It's a disaster and shouldn't be in business.

One of my worst stays in Pondicherry. The receptionist was very rude, talking like someone in a fish market, and the management felt poor and unprofessional. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

We spent two days here over Christmas. The pocket-friendly places influencers had suggested were already full and charging high rates, but we were lucky to find this one at a very reasonable price, even lower than those suggestions, and better than the hostels. The manager and staff were responsive and always seemed happy to help. I'd recommend staying here, and it would be my first choice if I visit Pondy again.

A handy base for seeing the town, and a decent place for a group if you're okay with the price. Each room has a TV and AC. Ask for a water heater if you don't have hot water in your room. There's underground parking for rented bikes or scooters. Hope you enjoy your stay! 😅✌️

It's a budget hotel in a central part of the city, but room service was really bad. When we entered, there was no towel, blanket, soap, or water in the room. I wouldn't consider it safe for girls, couples, or families. There's a bar on the first floor, and drinking is allowed in the rooms. People lose control and behave very badly. Please avoid staying here.
