The upkeep was so poor that this was the worst stay I've had. It doesn't deserve even one star. A roadside footpath would be better than this hotel.

The room was good, though this is a homestay with no room service. They also didn't provide towels or hot water.
The rooms and washroom were dirty, the fan made a lot of noise, and mosquitoes were everywhere. The bed, covers, towels, and sheets were all dirty and in bad shape. I asked for a change, but the receptionist, an older man, refused. He was smoking and drinking in the lobby. The AC was there in name only. It felt like a basic lodge, and this was the worst hotel I've stayed in. Don't consider it, even as a last choice.
Everything was stained or unclean, from the room and bathroom to the bed and blanket. They didn't provide a towel, soap, or anything else, and the price was too high. I wouldn't recommend staying here. A short walk of around 100-200 m should bring you to other options.
We booked a room through OYO but couldn't reach the staff after arriving, either through their official number or customer care. After a lot of frustration, we went to the property and booked in person. The staff weren't rude, and they offered a room for 1.5k. Since it was the last room in the area, we couldn't negotiate. The room was just okay and didn't feel worth the price, though they gave us AC because we'd paid that much for one night. There was something like roots growing through the AC vents, but it wasn't a major issue. The staff also forgot to close the windows, so we had to sleep with lots of mosquitoes. If your plans go wrong, it could work as a backup or last resort.
