The place is right on the beach and is a nice budget stay. The staff were courteous and really helpful. We arrived late on the night of a Bandh/strike, but they arranged a really tasty dinner. One of us wasn't feeling well, and they made sure we found a good doctor nearby. They can also help arrange bike or scooter rentals at nominal rates.

The beach is only about 10 steps away, and the caretaker and family were so warm and welcoming. They lent me a bike to explore the city and even brought me food from restaurants. Such a great attitude. The only problem is that transport from here into the city is a bit limited.

Being right beside the beach was a good experience, and from the room you can enjoy the calm beauty of allepy beach. But when we arrived, the work wasn't finished and painting was still going on. It might be a nice place if you go after another week.

This is an affordable home near the beach, and the caretaker is a very friendly person to have around. He's a lifeguard, a good tour guide and can recommend the best places nearby. You can explore the ocean and fishing boats with him on his little raft. He made our Kerala trip memorable and is a great person to explore with.

The rooms are clean, but there aren't enough staff for the service. It felt like a one man show, and I felt bad watching the guy run up and down to help us. The terrace is a good spot, but it's badly maintained.
