The room was spacious, comfortable, and had all the modern amenities we needed. The property was clean and well looked after, with a basketball court, swimming pool, and badminton court, all spotless and organized. There was a wide choice of cuisines, and every meal was delicious. The atmosphere was lovely, and the hospitality made us feel welcome right away. Devika ma’am at the Front Desk and Duty Manager Sofiya ma’am were especially helpful, polite, and clear about the hotel facilities. The whole staff were smiling, courteous, and ready to help. This was one of our best hotel stays. We wish we could have stayed a couple more days. Highly recommended for comfort, good service, and a memorable visit to Alleppey.

We celebrated our big day at Ramada, and everything was comfortable and well arranged. Ms. Santy deserves special thanks for making us feel welcome and cared for, which made the day even more special. The food was delicious, and the service was exceptional the whole time. We highly recommend choosing this place for a function. We had a great experience.

Our families and guests were very happy with the wedding experience at Ramada by Wyndham Alappuzha. The venue looked beautiful, and the arrangements and atmosphere were handled with care and elegance. Every little detail was taken care of, and the hospitality was exceptional. Ms. Santy coordinated everything so smoothly. She was supportive, always available, and helped make our wedding day stress-free. We’re truly grateful to the whole team for making it unforgettable. It was one of the most memorable days of our lives. Highly recommended for a dream wedding in Alappuzha.

The venue was clean and nicely decorated, with a lovely welcome setup. The staff were supportive, and the arrangements for our birthday party were spot on. There were good menu options too. Special thanks to Ms.Santi for organizing everything, staying until the event ended, and making sure it all went well. Thankyou team Ramada for making our celebration so memorable. Highly recommend it for special occasions.

We were happy we chose Ramada for this special celebration. Shanti from the F&B team put together a lovely setting for my baby’s first birthday dinner, and everything was beautifully organized. We really appreciated her support and effort. One disappointment was the buffet dinner on 26th February: the food was cold and didn’t taste up to the mark. Thank you!
