We arrived during a busy holiday period after failing to find a room elsewhere. The team at Anandvan Beach Resort still managed to fit us in at the last minute, which was incredibly helpful. Our room and washroom were clean and in good shape, with the basic things we needed, and the staff kept checking that we were comfortable. Host Nikhil was easy to approach and very helpful. We also met Mr. Anand, the owner, who warmly suggested scenic spots nearby and good places to eat. That personal help added a lot to our trip. We had a very pleasant night here and would recommend the resort for its welcoming hospitality and service.

The hotel is well placed for getting local transport and reaching nearby restaurants, including some great seafood spots. I spent three nights here, and the rooms were clean, hygienic, and looked after. Food was readily available too. The owner was friendly and helpful, with useful directions for exploring the area. I felt this was a safe choice for women and families.

For the price, this was a great surprise. The room was spotless and the bed so comfortable I nearly slept through checkout. Staff were friendly and seemed to care about how the stay was going. Everything was kept in good condition. No complaints, and I’d happily come back or recommend it for an affordable stay.

The peaceful mornings here were a lovely way to start the day, and the rooms were clean and well maintained. We found the place very good value for money, with helpful service from both the staff and owner. The location also made getting around easy, with Nagaon, Revdanda, Kashid, Alibag, and Varsoli beaches nearby. The owner was especially kind and ready to share information about the area.
