UK27 The Fern Belagavi

We had a great time celebrating my wife's birthday with family. The buffet dinner had enjoyable food and a good selection of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Special thanks to Mr. Modinsaab, who looked after us patiently until 12:30 AM and was very polite. His hospitality made the celebration even better.

We chose this place for a birthday dinner buffet for my wife, and the evening was even better than expected. There was an impressive range of dishes for different tastes, all flavorful, well prepared and nicely presented. The team made the celebration feel personal and joyful by arranging a cake and joining in. Mr. Debashish deserves a special mention for being attentive and courteous all evening, making sure everything was arranged and that my wife and I felt valued. Excellent food and hospitality, with a personal touch that made the occasion memorable. I'd recommend it for a special celebration.

The food was fresh, beautifully presented, and really tasty, with a nice balance of flavours. Chef Sunil Patil made it himself and personally looked after us, paying close attention to the cooking and hygiene. The dining room at UK 27 Lounge, Belgaum was clean and pleasant too. You don’t often see a chef so involved in making sure guests are happy. I’d happily come back.

I didn’t have long at UK27 The Fern, Belagavi, so I mostly stayed in and ordered Dal Khichdi, Caesar Salad, and a Paneer Starter. The khichdi was piping hot and comforting, the salad crisp with a balanced dressing, and the paneer nicely charred without being too heavily spiced. Portions were sensible, everything was neatly plated, and room service was prompt. The convenient location and the calm, modern feel, with a clean lobby and greenery, made for a pleasant short stay.
