The staff were the strongest part of our stay. They were humble, helpful, and active, and the service was good. The food tasted good too, though breakfast had limited options. The room was a letdown for the price. We paid ₹6200 for a Super Deluxe room on the 2nd floor, but it felt more like "chawl-style" housing than a premium hotel. The view was disappointing, and based on its quality and amenities, I don't think it should cost more than ₹3500. There's also an open duct on that floor, which is a serious safety concern for families with kids and needs management's attention. The website photos show attractive premium rooms on the ground floor, but they don't represent the higher-floor Super Deluxe rooms. I left feeling the price wasn't justified by the room we got. Unless rates come down to a fair level or the 2nd-floor rooms are substantially improved to match the Super Deluxe label, I can't recommend staying here at the current price.

The stay was peaceful, with Nagaon beach nearby. Revdanda beach is about 40 mins away one way, and the city centre is around 30 mins in the other direction. Vaarsa also looks great, from the swimming pool to the dining table, so there are photogenic corners all over. We found the room clean and well maintained, and the restaurant food was good. We tried both breakfast and the Ala Carte menu and liked it all. Room service was available whenever we needed help, and the staff were polite and proactive. Manu and Prajwal made our experience even better. It felt like good value for money, and I'd recommend it to friends and family for the hospitality.

Nagaon Beach is only a quick 5-minute walk away, and the resort has a wonderfully peaceful feel. Vaarsa in Alibaug made for a fantastic, relaxing stay. The staff were warm and friendly throughout. We loved the food, especially the caramel custard, which was the tastiest I've ever had. Highly recommend it for a serene, hospitable stay.

The people here are polite and supportive, and they consider requests. The property has been open for only 4 years, and there are a few things that could be improved. The rooms feel a bit dark, so the lighting needs attention, and there's currently no play area for kids. Breakfast was okay. The in-house restaurant is expensive, and the taste doesn't justify the prices.

Food was the highlight for me, really tasty and worth it. We had a great stay at Vaarsa by the Bay, Alibaug. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was peaceful and good. Staff were polite, with excellent service. Prajwal deserves a special shout-out for his hospitality and support. Good for a family outing!
