The arrangements at Hotel Palm Tree made the Iftar party feel warm and welcoming. The food was fresh, tasty, and well organized, and there was a separate, peaceful place for Namaz where guests could pray without disturbance. The staff were attentive and courteous, and everything went smoothly. It was a memorable, well-managed gathering. (mohd Imran malik and all others organiser) I'd recommend Hotel Palm Tree for Iftar parties and other community events.

The food was okay, though the flavor could've been better, and we didn't have to wait long for it. The kids had a great time with the swings and dance floor, and there's a separate area for birthdays or anniversaries. Palm Tree in Aligarh also had nice lighting and a good setup, with quick, proper service from polite, smiling staff. Mr. Imran and team made sure we were looked after, and one of them even pulled out a chair for me. I don't expect that, but it showed good manners. It's a nice option for a casual meal with family or friends, and I really liked the hospitality.

The birthday celebration went smoothly, and the team stayed calm, coordinated, and attentive without getting in the guests' way. They handled requests promptly and arranged things as discussed, listening carefully and communicating clearly. From planning through the end of the event, the staff were professional, polite, smiling, and easy to approach, which made things comfortable and stress-free for us and our guests. Their respectful manner and willingness to help made a strong impression and helped make the party memorable. I'd recommend the hotel for family events and other special occasions. Specially mohd Imran Malik have a very dedicated nature.

The serving team were polite, attentive, and professional, always ready to help with a smile. Mohd Imran Malik deserves a special mention for his prompt service and friendly, courteous manner, which made our visit even better. It was a wonderful dining experience, and I'd recommend the place for its food, ambience, and service.

Mohommad Imran Malik was a highlight of our family visit to Palm Tree Hotel. As our waiter, he was polite, attentive, and professional, kept the table clean, brought our food on time, and handled requests quickly with a smile. His genuine care and respect made us feel welcome. The hotel itself had a calm, comfortable feel, and seemed safe for adults and children. Our room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, and the dining area was nicely arranged. We also enjoyed the excellent food and good variety. Staff like him make a real difference. We had a memorable stay and would recommend Palm Tree Hotel. Special thanks to Mohommad Imran Malik for the excellent service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
