I had already paid, but they still refused to let me stay, with no explanation beyond “sorry, no room.” Booking with them was a huge mistake. Total scam. I'd tell even my worst enemy to look elsewhere.

The bedding and room were filthy and unhygienic. There was noise all night from the adjoining rooms and the lobby. I'd give it a negative five.

Trust me, don't come or book here. The staff were awful, and even after I booked, they charged me more and told me to cancel through those nonsense apps. I trusted OYO, and I don't want an apology like the ones in all the replies to reviews. Thanks for the near-hell experience 😀, five stars for that.

The central location made it easy to get to the city's main attractions, with shops, restaurants, and landmarks within walking distance. I also liked the spacious, stylish room, the comfortable bed, and the city skyline views. The restaurant served creative food made with locally sourced ingredients, and breakfast had plenty of options. Service was attentive from the welcome at reception through the stay. The facilities included a fitness center, spa, and rooftop pool with great views. The hotel exceeded my expectations, and I'd recommend it for a luxurious, memorable stay.
