The receptionist told me breakfast wasn't complimentary, then said he'd provide it instead of a refund for the broken AC, calling it compensation for the poor service. The room itself wasn't good: dirty bedsheets, a nonworking AC, and water barely coming from the tap.

We only stayed the night and put up with the place, but I cancelled the rest of my booking. It's far from the city, the food was awful, and the sheet had blood stains. The bathroom used one shared switch for the light and exhaust, and there was no warm water because there was no geyser. You had to call for everything and still got nothing but an unpleasant face and an apology. A pathetic, messy hotel.

The room was good, the staff behaved well, and the food was nice 😊♥️. But the amenities were lacking: there wasn't a hot water geyser in every room, and the complementary breakfast mentioned wasn't provided.

The surroundings are clean and green. A big plus is that the hotel also has a banquet garden, and they don't compromise on quality. The hotel is under construction.

The bathroom and bedsheet were dirty, there was no soap, and the room smelled bad. Everything about the hotel was bad and left me completely disappointed.
