Hotel Elite

The hotel is good, but the staff's behavior isn't up to the mark.

I had dinner here. The service was fast, the staff were polite, and it's in a prime location. I can't comment on the rooms since I didn't stay.

Hotel Elite made a strong impression on me, with comfortable rooms, helpful service, and a welcoming feel. It's in a prime location with easy access to transport, major attractions, and restaurants, which works well for business travelers and tourists alike. Check-in took under five minutes. The front desk staff were courteous and efficient, and welcomed me with a smile and a complimentary drink. My room was spotless and spacious, with modern décor, fresh linens, comfortable bed, and relaxing lighting. Housekeeping was thorough and consistent each day. I also found plenty of facilities: a well-equipped gym, serene rooftop pool, free Wi-Fi, and relaxing spa. The in-house restaurant had a diverse menu. I enjoyed the continental breakfast spread and authentic local dishes at dinner, and room service arrived on time with food at the right temperature. Staff were polite, professional, and eager to help, with attention to detail and a guest-first attitude. Common areas were cleaned regularly, sanitization was top-notch, and contactless services were available where possible, which reassured me. For the quality of the accommodation and range of services, the price seemed reasonable, and seasonal discounts added value to my booking. I'd recommend Hotel Elite for a short getaway, business trip, or family vacation, and would be happy to return.

The beds are cozy, the rooms are excellent, and the staff are good. The hotel is right on the road, in a good location. There are some issues: no lift, broken bathroom fixtures, and no AC remote was given to customers, which is weird.
