We had booked the Premium Himalayan Room with Balcony through Agoda and were given room 501. The large glass window looked out over the snow-capped Himalayas and nearby towns. It was spacious, and after dark the town lights made for a different kind of view. The place was very quiet. Breakfast was included, and they took our Jain request into account when preparing the food. The idli, sambhar, paratha, upma and poha were all good. There’s plenty of parking, plus activities like stargazing, night safari and short treks, though we didn’t try them. Details are on their website. There were a few cockroaches in the room on the first night, the only downside. The issue was dealt with promptly by the second night.

The meals were a real highlight. Chef Khushal Singh prepared delicious food throughout our stay, and I really appreciated his care and consistency. Deepak Bhaiyya was also wonderful, always proactive and supportive, making sure things ran smoothly and our three days were comfortable and hassle-free. The accommodation arrangements were okay throughout.

Chef Khushal Ji’s delicious cooking made us feel right at home. We had a very comfortable, pleasant stay, with spacious rooms, polite staff and lovely hospitality. The view of the Panchachuli peaks was stunning. A great experience all around.

The staff’s care made my stay special, especially Mr. Krishna ji, aarti ji and deepak ji. Everyone was welcoming, polite and professional, and ready to help with a smile. The hotel was clean, organized and well maintained, with spacious, comfortable rooms and all the necessary amenities. Things were handled smoothly, and the service was better than I expected. I really appreciate the whole team’s effort and would happily recommend the hotel for a pleasant, comfortable stay. I’d love to return.

We spent two days at ECO Binsar Resort over Christmas, and it was a relaxing, memorable stay. The spacious rooms have lovely balconies overlooking the Panch Chulli Himalayan ranges. Ranjit made the room service especially pleasant, and we’re very grateful for his help.
